The Perfect Hummus

A hummus recipe that you will always go back to!

Ingredients:

220g of chickpeas, soak overnight and cook until they are quite soft (almost overcooked).
80g of water
140g of tahini
30g of squeezed lemon 85g of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1.5 teaspoons of salt.

Method:

Strain the cooked chickpeas and blend on high speed with water, salt, tajine, olive oil and garlic. Maybe add a garlic dressing at the end😉. (sauté 30g of olive oil and 2 cloves of crushed garlic for a short time and pour over before serving, optional).
