Choco-tahini ice cream

Ingredients: 800 ml of coconut cream (the thick part of coconut milk), 400 ml of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, 1/2 cup of tahini, 1 tablespoon of rum or vodka.

Combine the ingredients in a blender and freeze for a few hours before serving.
