Healthy Banana Bread

This recipe has been shared with me by Christina (@happilyevernourished) and I loved making it! Here is how you can make Christina’s banana bread bars:


  • 1,5 cups raw cashews
  • 1,5 cups shredded coconut
  • 3 ripe bananas (around 300g)
  • 0,5 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender on high speed.
  3. Spread on baking paper.
  4. Bake for about 20min.
