Beetroot Balls

Here is a recipe for the raw beetroot balls that my kids really love!


210g of raw beets (blended into small pieces),
12 pitted dates,
130g of grated coconut (in our case – coconut flour),
80g cashews,
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Grated lemon peel or two drops of lemon essential oil.

Combine all ingredients in a blender until the mass becomes sticky. Make balls with wet hands. Leave in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
