This recipe has been shared with me by Christina (@happilyevernourished) and I loved making it! Here is how you can make Christina’s banana bread bars:
Ingredients
- 1,5 cups raw cashews
- 1,5 cups shredded coconut
- 3 ripe bananas (around 300g)
- 0,5 tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender on high speed.
- Spread on baking paper.
- Bake for about 20min.
