Homemade Apricot Jam

Contrary to what many people think, a home-made jam is easy to make. Here is how I make it.


  • 500g frozen apricots
  • 20g lemon juice
  • 375g sugar ( I used coconut sugar and it gives a slightly caramel taste)


  1. Put together 500g frozen apricots , 20g lemon juice, 375g sugar.
  2. Let the fruit sit at room temperature for 4 hours.
  3. Cook for 35-40min at low heat & pour into sterilized jars.
