Contrary to what many people think, a home-made jam is easy to make. Here is how I make it.
- 500g frozen apricots
- 20g lemon juice
- 375g sugar ( I used coconut sugar and it gives a slightly caramel taste)
- Put together 500g frozen apricots , 20g lemon juice, 375g sugar.
- Let the fruit sit at room temperature for 4 hours.
- Cook for 35-40min at low heat & pour into sterilized jars.
